Data Source: Imported ADIF or Cabrillo Log

Description
This layer shows the contacts in an imported ADIF or Cabrillo Log of Amateur Radio contacts. There are facilities to store 3 separate logs, each with up to 3000 QSOs. A variety of log-filtering options on import are available. See the 'Ham Logs' help page for details of how a log is imported, and where it obtains the QSO positions. Also see the 'Log Stats' help page for details of how to view the statistics.
This Map Layer is a Vector Layer composed of Points, Lines and Labels, so the Style for each of these can be changed as desired by opening the 'Layers Menu' and clicking the relevant Style buttons. If the 'Flag' option is chosen, adjusting any label-settings will be ignored.
We can view the contents of the Ham Log in two different ways: We can show all the QSOs, or we can show all the Countries. This is controlled by the 'Additional Layer Features' control that is associated the the 'Ham Radio > Ham Log' layer, as follows:
1/ Ham Log - All QSOs, Colored by Band
2/ Ham Log - All QSOs, Colored by Mode
3/ Ham Log - All QSOs, Colored by QSL Status
4/ Ham Log - All Countries - Country Name Label
5/ Ham Log - All Countries - Prefix Label
6/ Ham Log - All Countries - Flag
multiplied by 3, for the 3 separate logs.
If we are showing 'All QSOs..' rather than 'All Countries..', then the Points and Lines styles use the a common settings window. Open the 'Layers Menu' as usual, select the 'Ham Radio > Ham Log' layer, then click 'Change Point Style Settings' or 'Change Line Style Settings'. This will open the 'Group Style for Points and Lines' window, which assigns colors for the existing Bands, Modes, or QSL Status present in the log. Both 'Points Style' and 'Lines Style' panels lets you choose either a Common Color that will apply to all entities, or 'Use Group Colors', which uses the colors in the 'Group Colors' panel.
If you want to show only certain Bands or Modes on the map, you can turn unwanted ones off using the Checkboxes in the 'Group Colors' panel. Many people use this to make maps of their contest-entry that show just one band at a time, which can be useful when assessing their contest performance.
If we are showing 'All Countries', then there is just a single Points color, as shown in the Layer Menu 'Point Color' box. For the label, you can choose the Country Name, the country's Standard Prefix, or the country's Flag, from the Amateur Radio country flag-set.
When viewing the 'Ham Log' map-layer, you might also find it useful to see lots of extra information about the QSOs contained, and the log statistics, by typing 'IM' to view the Info Bar's 'Ham Log' page. This page has a number of sub-pages that cycle automatically: Country count; List of Total Countries; Band count and list; List of Country Prefixes by Band; List of Country Flags by Band; Mode count and list; List of Country Prefixes by Mode; List of Country Flags by Mode; List of Total Grid Squares; List of Grid Squares by Band; List of Grid Squares by Mode; List of most recent QSOs with Call, DateTime, Band, Mode, Short Path Bearing, Distance. There are multiple oportunities to open Pop-Outs by clicking items in the sub-pages - too numerous to mention, so have fun experimenting with them.
