Download Latest FCC ULS Dataset
This command will download the latest version of the FCC ULS Dataset, and then unzip the tables ready for processing. It is not recommended that you perform any other program functions whilst the download is in progress. The download is currently about 140MB, and the time taken to complete the download will depend on your data-connection. Any tables not needed after unzipping are discarded. You can then process the tables and update the local database with the 'Process the FCC ULS Dataset' command.
Whilst downloading, the window shows the current speed, data remaining, and estimated time to completion.
When the download completes, the next thing you would normally want to do is to process the download by clicking the 'Process the FCC ULS Dataset' command. The US Callbook, and the facilities that it provides, will not be available until the download has been processed.
